Any construction (extension, porch, piscine, etc.) carried out without the mandatory municipal licence is illegal. 

There are 2 different groups:

- Constructions that comply with the town planning: they can be legalised following the procedure established by the Administration. 

- Constructions that do not comply with town planning: these constructions can be legalised following the procedure established by the Administration if they are at least 8 years old and if the necessary measures to adapt to town planning are taken (demolitions, refurbishes, etc.). If the constructions are less than 8 years old, they cannot be legalised.
